It is necessary to pay online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress)
For Italian companies the amount will be subject to a 22% IVA increase.
How to send your samples
The shipping of the samples for EU countries, can be performed by a delivery company designated by the winery.

The shipping of the samples for non-EU Countries, must strictly be delivered through Official Agents or branches of KUEHNE + NAGEL SRL (KN EXPO).
Decades of practice show that courier shipments are stopped by Italian Authorities at their Italian Entry Hub. Please do NOT courier any samples.

How to send your samples and what you will need to put in the box:
In order to participate, it is required to fill in the registration form of the wine online and then proceed with the payment and the shipping; for each bottle of wine enrolled at 5StarWines
- n.4 labeled bottles with a capacity of 0,750 Liters ( samples with no commercial value )
- n.8 labeled bottles with a capacity of 0,500 or 0,375 Liters ( samples with no commercial value )
Inside the box, with the bottles, we kindly ask you to put:
- a printed copy of the summary of the purchasing practice received by email at the end of the payment, created for each registered bottle,
- N.4 printed labels, front and back (not attached to the bottle), with all wine information for each type of wine sent. The label must be the same as the one attached to the bottle.
Outside the box, indicate the number of the buying practice protocol, together with the recipient address as written in the email.
When to send the samples
Opening date for samples delivery: February 1st
Deadline for samples delivery: March 20th
No sample will be accepted beyond the deadline
